Another day of getting strong and lean is here! We've got work to do today so get in your workout mindset and let's start. Today we've got some pull ups, rows, pulldowns and more. Work that mind to muscle connection in order to target each specific muscle. We want to feel that burn out by the time we're done. Finish strong with some HIIT style cardio to get shredded! Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.
