Day one is here! Let's start this day strong with some fasted cardio IMMEDIATELY after waking up. Drink BCAA’S before. You can either walk on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes on 3.2-3.5mph, incline set at 6 or 10 or you can run 1-2 miles HIIT style. In addition to that, we'll be hitting the gym to target your chest, abs, and calves. We'll be working with dropsets today, so get ready to burn out! Don't forget to rest 60-90 seconds between sets. Now let's get shredded!
