My 12 Week Shred plan is about to be intense! I'm here to help you get lean, get shredded, and get in the best shape of your life! No matter what your reason is for leaning out, this plan will help you do it. Any age, any reason, when these 12 weeks are through, you'll be leaner, stronger, and more shredded than ever. Throughout this plan, we'll be increasing the intensity, throwing in dropsets, supersets, and even implementing fasted cardio a couple times to really burn off that unwanted fat. The goal is to increase your muscle mass while burning fat with a combination of steady state cardio and HIIT style cardio. We're going to sculpt down your body. This workout plan is going to have 5 workout days. That means we'll be working hard five days in a row, getting a full day of complete rest in, and then starting all over again. Each week is going to be different, so you'll never be doing the same workouts in a row. We don't want your body to adapt. This will help you grow the most and see the most results. I use these workouts when I'm ready to get shredded and I know they'll work for you, too. If you're ready to work hard and get in the best shape of your life, this is the plan for you.
